RETURNS POLICY

Morrow offers a credit note or refund on full-priced items returned within 14 days of dispatch. Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Email us at store@morrowaustralia.com with your return request, including the reason and whether you prefer a credit note or refund.

A return shipment will be arranged and sent to you. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping. Ensure the item is securely packaged—ideally in the original box or packaging. A tracked service is recommended.

Refunds, exchanges, or credit notes will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
